Experience exchange 1

We have realized our volonteer meeting with interesting topics. There was a guest from Bjuv. Fredrik Johansson from Mozaik. He talked about Mozaik and their recent situation. We are going to work together with different activities. Moreover, we spoke about need assesment. What do we need in order to handle with our target groups in activity groups? Most of us emphasized on information about immigrant families and children's culture and past. If we became sensetive to their live and situation so activities can work better. Lastly, we have disscussed about participants who will travel to Turkey in may. Boel, Birgitta, Rickard, Josefine and Neco will be participants and represent Svenska Kyrkan in Turkey in May 2012.

The main aim of the group is to provide a place for teenagers and young people (14-22) who can enjoy their time.

The program will follow with dinner, activities and dances.

Internationen 2 will take place 14th of January at 18.00 in Örkelljunga Strandhem (Smålandsvägen 48)

Here is the gingerbread (pepparkaka) factory :) after homework support all of us started to bake gingerbread. It was also full of Christmas feeling in the baking activity. Look at film that explains all.

Hello!

We are going to meet in Örkelljunga Församlinghem at 16.30 on 7th of December, Wednesday. We are going to speak about first mobility to Italy and other issues about activity groups.

Exhibition in Örkelljunga

Exhibition in Örkelljunga Library between 21 and 26 November: As we know that Örkelljunga and Klippan municipalities decided to get some unaccompanied minors (ensamkommande barn) in Örkelljunga. We would like to get people ready for this process. That's why we got this exhibition from malmö. The exhibition is about immigrant children. More specifically is about their life in Afghanistan and way to Sweden.
